The current lot isapproximately 3lOOsof per CAD. This homeowner has been approved bo receive anew two-story home from the GLOwith approximately 1271living sqft. with attached porch and an ADA approved ramp/lift. For us to build the new home, we are requesting a minimum setback variance. The minimum building setback, on Irving St, is currently 10'and we would like to request the setback be moved back 5" to where there would only be a 5' front minimum building setback.. The east side of the property rninirnurn building setback is 5' and we would like to request the setback be moved back 2'to where there would only be a 3' rear minimum building setback.
