CONSENT AGENDA
(Items placed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine in nature and are considered
noncontroversial. The Consent Agenda can be acted upon in one motion. A consensus of the Council is
required to remove any item for discussion and separate action.)
A. Approval of the May 9, 2023 City Council Meeting Minutes.
B. Authorize the City Managerto enter into an agreement with Texas Legal Services
Centerto allow placementof court access kiosks in the City of Beaumont Public
Libraries.
C. Approval of a resolution rejecting the bid received for the Wastewater Treatment
Plant Roadway Rehabilitation Project.
REGULAR AGENDA
1. Con siderauthorizingthe City Man agerto execute an Advance Funding Agreement
(AFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
WORK SESSION
• Review and discuss the proposed Fixed Route Realignment for The ZIP, also
known as Transit Management of Beaumont.
PUBLIC HEARING
• Receive comments on amending The ZIP's fixed bus routes.
2. Consider amending The ZIP's fixed bus routes.
