The Consent Agenda can be acted upon in one motion. A consensus of the Council is required to remove any item for discussion and separate action.) A. Approval of the May 17, 2022 City Council Meeting Minutes B. Confirmation of board and commission member appointments Dohn H. LaBiche would be appointed as Chairman to the Historic Landmark Commission. The term would commence May 24, 2022 and expire May 23, 2023. (Mayor Robin Mouton) C. Authorize the Interim City Manager to apply for and accept an American Rescue Plan Act Program (ARPA)-Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)- Aviation Division Grant D. Authorize the Interim City Manager to apply for and accept an Airports Coronavirus Response Grant Program (ACRGP) under provisions of the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division E. Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute Change Order No. I to the contract with Irwin Seating Company for the Civic Center Seating Replacement located at 701 Main Street F. Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission for regional emergency notification registration G. Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute Change Order No. 3, accept maintenance, and authorize final payment to Brystar Contracting, Inc., for the Lift Station & WWTP Repair Tropical Storm Harvey WWTP Influent Lift Station (REBID) Project REGULAR AGENDA 1. Consider a request to rezone a property from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to LI (Light Industrial) for the property located south of Cardinal Drive and west of the City sewage treatment plant 2. Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow a home daycare in an RS (Residential Single -Family) District for the property located at 1225 Glendale Street Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow an automotive paint and body shop in the GC -MD (General Commercial — Multiple -Family Dwelling) District for the property located at 4145 College Street 4.
