concerning a proposed owner identification sign. Specifically, the
square footage and setback requirements of Section 30-28 (b) 1. a. and
d. for signs in a residential district (Special Exception, Sec. 30-37 (e) 2.)
and the lighting and illumination requirements of Sec. 28 (b) 1. c.
(Variance, Sec. 30-37 (e) 3.).
