Approval of the minutes for the April 2, 1987 meeting.
I. APPEAL
1. FILE 320--BA. An Appeal to the Board of Adjustment to decide if
a specific use permit is required by ordinance to allow a drinking
place to be opened at 2405 Hegele at Usan on property described
as tract 45, City Plat B-10, J. W. Bullock Survey, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas.
Applicant: Elmo Willard, III., Attorney for Eddy Autry.
II. SPECIAL EXCEPTION
1. FILE 321-BA. Request for a special exception to reduce the required
exterior side yard setback from ten (10) feet to five (5) feet
for a building at 5085 College St.
