APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the minutes for May 7, 1987 and May 15, 1987 Public Hearings.
I. APPEAL
1. File 320-BA. An appeal to the Board of Adjustment to decide if
a specific use permit is required by ordinance to allow a drinking
place to be opened at 2405 Hegele at Usan on property described
as tract 45, City Plat B-10, J. W. Bullock Survey, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas.
Applicant: Elmo Willard, III, Attorney for Eddy Autry
II. SPECIAL EXCEPTION
1. File 323-BA. Request for a special exception to allow an enlargement
of a building occupied by a non -conforming use on lots occupied
by said building at 4207 Concord Road.
Applicant: Aaron Hunter
Note: There will be a workshop held after the Public Hearing in the second -
floor conference room to review the By -Laws of the Board.
