Approval of the minutes for the February 9, 1989 Public Hearing.

Consider a request for a variance from the lot width requirements of
the Zoning Ordinance for proposed lots in the Villiva Lane Addition;
subject property being zoned LI (Light Industrial) and located in the
800 to 900 block of Villiva Lane.

Jim Lagrote, our FEMA regional representative, will present
a discussion on Flood Control Management.
