Approval of the Minutes
Approval of the minutes for the February 1, 1990 Public Hearing.
Public Hearin
1) Planning Division File 341-BA: A request to vary the front yard
building setback of a proposed single family residence as required by
Section 30-25B.(1) of the zoning ordinance, under the provisions of
Section 30-37E.3. Property is located at 955 Jasmine and the
applicant is Charles D. Foxworth.
2) Planning Division File 342-BA: A request to vary the conditions of
Section 30-31 (Landscaping and Screening Requirements) of the
zoning ordinance to permit the construction of a metal fence with a
wooden frame in lieu of the required wooden fence, defined under
Section 30-31B.(1). A variance is provided for under the provisions
of Section 30-37E.3. of the Ordinance. Property is located at 3737
Eastex Freeway and the applicant is the R Corporation, Kenneth
E. Ruddy, President.
