Approval of the minutes for the August 2, 1990 Public Hearing.

Planning Division File 346-BA: Request to vary the interior side
yard building setback requirements of Section 30-25 B(1) of the
Zoning Ordinance to allow a 5.0 foot and a 6.0 foot setback in place
of the required 7.5 foot. A variance request is permitted under
Section 30-37 E.3. Applicant: Victor Marino, Marino Investments,
Inc.
