FUM #349-BA ANALYSIS Page 5 L)eatIMOnt C, 0 INf September 17, 1991 Dear Sirs, A special exception is being requested for 1095 Sherman for a yard exception on corner lot. A 91 building line is being requested at the Poplar street corner. The granting of this special exception by the Board of Adjustment will not adversely affect the value and use of adjacent properties or be contrary to the publics interest. Construction of new homes in this area is a concentrated effort to revitalize the neighborhood by supplying new homes for low to moderate income families. Therefore, it can only increase the value of existing properties and will have no affect on land use of adjacent properties. This non-profit, project has involved a great deal of public support and interest in the neighborhood. Sincerely, City of Beaumont Danny Daniels Housing Services Administrator P, 0.
