Karavolos RE: The application for the variance on the encroachment of the small, corner of the new house located on 6970 Reno DrLve, Beaumont, Texas In constructing the above -mentioned house, orivinallY the building Was to be located toward the left side of the lot meeting all requirements of building set back lines. However, at the request Of the owner, we centered the house on the lot and thus caused the encroachment of 1_QA9 VhWn- 5� of the northwest corner of the house into the 15' building line of the cul-de-sac (see the attached site plan) . The house is 75% in completion and it will be unfeasible to move it back at this ti"le- Therefore, we are requesting the variance since it iS a very small enoroachment. The following statements relate to the conditions mentioned an page 2 of- the application; C!QNQITIQN A-. since the encroachment is loss than 5 sq.ft- of area at northwest corner of the house, the granting of the variance will not be contrary to the public interest as relates to traffic obstruction, aesthetic view of neighborhood. etc. CONDITION 8: The house is under construction and is 75% in completion. it is well -located 011 the site except the small encroachment at northwest corner of the house. it would be unfeasible to move the house back at this time - EXHIBIT "'A" Mr. Nicholas G.
