1) File 357-BA: Consider an application for a variance of the 15' building
setback along the cul-de-sac (Section 30-25 B. 1, City Codes) to allow
an encroachment of 2 ± feet or a yard of 13 ± feet along the cul-de-
sac.
2) File 358-BA: Consider a variance of the 15' side yard building setback
(Section 30-25 B. 1, City Codes) to allow an encroachment of 15' or a
side yard of 0'.
