1) File 364-BA: Consider an application for relief from Section 30-25
B.1.; allowed under Section 30-37 (e) 2. b. (2), City Codes. A request
for a special exception to allow the construction of a residence on a
corner lot with a 5 ft. exterior side yard building setback instead of the
required 10 feet.
Location: 3340 Elinor at S. Eighth Street.
