Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Request for variances to the required front yard and interior side yard of an existing new residence in an RS (Residential Single Family Dwelling) District, The variance to the front yard setback will be from the required 25 feet to 24 feet. The variance to the side yard setback will be from the required 5 feet to 4 feet 6 inches. I D I The applicant constructed a new home at 8015 N. Windeniere Drive. The northwest side of the one story home encroaches 0.4'into the 5.0required yard. The house sits 4.6' from the lot line. The house also encroaches one foot into the 25 foot front yard. The variances, if granted, will cure the encroachments so that the prospective buyers can close on the property. The applicant has the burden of proof to demonstrate to the Board compliance with Conditions A, B and C. Exhibits are attached. However,, to the best of my knowledge, I would like to demostrate, that by granting the varience, will not be contraty to the public interest, and will not be invating any other properties. I also would like to specified that, a few inches is not going to affect or cause any physical hardship relating to the property itself I also understand,, that this matter will be observe and substantial justice will be done.
