SUBJECT: Request to consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to
construct an addition to the rear of the house at 2310 Long.

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Director recommends approval of this re lest.
The applicant wishes to replace the existing addition a, ,`.ie rear of the house with
new construction. The current addition has a flat roof and is sided with aluminum.
The new addition will include an extension of the existing house by 8 feet. The
roofline of the addition will blend in and compliment the existing roofline. The
addition will be sided with #117 siding and painted to compliment the house.
Aluminum windows currently exist in the house. Windows in the addition will match.
The entire house will be reroofed with architectural shingles.
