The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Pam Loiacano, Demolition Coordinator, has applied for a certificate of
appropriateness to allow the demolition of a residential structure at
2575 South.
The structure was tagged as substandard on April 4, 2008. This
structure has had extensive fire damage and the property owner has
signed a demolition consent form. Ms. Loiacano states that the
structure has 50% or more damage of non-supporting members and
33% or more damage of supporting members. The structure is not
suitable for rehabilitation.
The property is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont survey.
