FILE: 678-BA STAFF REPORT Darran Dollarhide is requesting a variance to the minimum setback for an owner identification sign. The proposed sign will be one (1) foot from the property line. The property is located at 3282 College Street. The applicant states that the new sign will replace an existing sign in the same location. This is the only unpaved location on the property where a sign could be placed without interfering with parking. The applicant shall have the burden of proof to demonstrate that all three conditions necessary for a variance have been met. Exhibits are attached.
