STAFF REPORT
K. E. Wilcox, Builder, is requesting a Special Exception to the minimum rear yard setback from
25' to 7'1". Mr. Wilcox is building a new home at 20 Stone Brook Court. The majority of the
neighboring structures do not meet city requirements. Section 28.02.005(e)(2)(B)(i) states the
board may grant, "...a rear yard exception where the actual rear yard setback of any four (4) or
more lots in the same block do not meet the rear yard requirements . . ."
