For all of the houses, the proposed construction methods employed would dictate the houses be constructed as a slab on grade foundation, wood framing, with horizontal lap hardie siding and 30 year Elk architectural roofing shingles in a weathered wood gray color. The porch gable will either be covered in siding to match the house, vinyl shakes, vinyl scallops or batten board. Colors have not been picked by the owners on any of the four houses.
