APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held November 5, 2012.
REGULAR MEETING
1) CA-2210: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow
the construction of a 10'x62' concrete driveway on the west
side of the front yard
Location: 2105 South
Applicant: Ricky Pinkston
2) CA-2223: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow
the replacement of the existing wood siding with HardiePlank,
replace the existing one over one wood frame windows on the
sides and rear of the house with six over six vinyl windows,
level the house and the brick columns on either side of the
front steps, change the front steps from brick to concrete steps
with rounded fronts, replace the front porch railing height
and paint the house olive green with brown trim
