APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 13, 2015.
REGULAR MEETING
1) CA File-2493: A request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for fabricated stone to be
applied to the bottom portion of existing porch posts, in the gable over the front porch and
around 3 windows. Also to allow black chain-link fence along the side property lines of the
front yard.
Location: 1088 Sixth Street

2) CA File-2499: A request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the replacement of
several windows, a new door with sidelights, paint and add a crushed rock path.
