Approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on September 12, 2016.
REGULAR MEETING
1) CA-2668: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to build a new six unit
apartment building.
Location: 2260 Harrison Avenue
Applicant: Tom Cockerill
2) CA-2687: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace flat wood siding
with Hardie plank lap siding with an approximate 6” reveal. Replace 10 pane casement
windows, with 6 over 6 double hung windows and add a breezeway with a metal roof
visible from the street.
Location: 2550 Evalon Street

3) CA-2689: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an eight (8) foot
wooden privacy fence in the front yard.
