Approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on December 12, 2016.
REGULAR MEETING
1) CA-2717: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to approve a parking space in
the front yard.
Applicant: Antonio Hernandez

2) CA-2728: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace two rectangular
windows with arched windows which are 10 inches taller than the windows being
replaced.
Applicant: William Anderson
