Approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held September 10, 2018.
REGULAR MEETING
1) CA-2970: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow a 6 foot tall cyclone
fence with lattice and to add lattice to an existing cyclone fence.

2) CA-2973: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a circular drive in the front
yard.
Applicant: Raul Barajas

3) CA-2974: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove windows, replace a
window with smaller windows and replace a front door that has side lights and a transom
window.
