2. Consider a resolution approving a contract with Municipal Services Bureau
(MSB) for collection services

Receive comments related to a grant application to receive Federal Transit
Administration Operating Assistance funds for the Beaumont Municipal Transit
System
3. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application
and execute a contract with the Federal Transit Administration to receive
Operating Assistance funds for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System
