Perricone Quadruplets Scrapbook, 1914-1951
DESCRIPTION
The Perricone quadrupletsAnthony, Bernard, Carl Vincent, and Donald—were born on October 31,
1929, to Marie and Philip Perricone in Beaumont, Texas, who bad immigrated to Beaumont from Sicily
in 1902. At the time of their birth, they were the only living male quadruplets known to base survived in
the world and only the second known quadruplets in the United States.
This scrapbook contains correspondence, magazine and newspaper articles, a radio script from Ripley's
Believe It or Not (April 7, 1939), and photographs about the quadruplets.
