Purpose: A request for approval of a Rezoning of property from R-S (Residential-Single Family
Dwelling) District and A-R (Agricultural-Residential) District to a PUD (Planned Unit
Development) District.
Location: 112 acres north and east of 7220 Helbig Road

NOTIFICATION:
You received this notice because it is required by State Law that all property owners of real property lying
within two hundred feet (200') of the property listed under REQUEST be notified of this hearing.
This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are
invited to attend and be heard. Any inquiries regarding further information on this request will be
