PUBLIC HEARING:
A Joint Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission and City Council of the City of Beaumont
on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 801 Vlain Street. The
request listed below has been submitted to the Planning office for review.
REQUEST:
Purpose: A request for approval of a Rezoning of property from RM-H (Residential Multiple
Family Dwelling-Highest Density) District to LI (Light Industrial) District.
Location: 5775 Erie Street
Applicant: Ray Woodside
NOTIFICATION:
You received this notice because it is required by State Law that all property owners of real property lying
within two hundred feet(200') of the property listed under REQUEST be notified of this hearing.
This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are
invited to attend and be heard. Any inquiries regarding further information on th s request will be
answered by calling: (409) 880-3764. Please refer to FILE# PZ2025-178.

happens, staff makes every attempt to contact the applicants. However, because vie are not always
