Grantor shall not place any permanent structures within the Easement Property without
the written consent of Grantee, provided that the foregoing does not prevent Grantor from paving
over the surface of the Easement Property.
The terms of this easement agreement do not give Grantee the right to store upon the
Easement Property, or any other adjacent real property owned by Grantor, any of Grantee's
equipment or supplies which it may utilize in the construction or maintenance of the sanitary
sewer line.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described easement and right-of-way unto
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for the Southeast corner of the herein described Temporary Workspace
with coordinates of N: 13,969,659.70; E: 3,479,806.80, same being in the North line Union Pacific
Railroad (100' wide Right-of-Way), same being the Southwest corner of the 0.066-acre tract
surveyed this same day, from which a 1-inch iron rod found bears North 89 deg. 11 min. 33 sec.
East, a distance of 20.01 feet;
THENCE South 89 deg. 11 min. 33 sec.West, a distance of 79.90 feet to a 1/2-inch iron rod found
for the Southwest corner of the herein described tract, same being in the North line of the said
Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way;
THENCE North 02 deg. 56 min. 01 sec. West, along and with the West line of said 0.324-acre
tract, a distance of 139.92 feet to a 1/2-inch iron rod found for the Northwest corner of the herein
described tract, same being in the South line Old Sour Lake Road (Public Right-of-Way),
THENCE North 87 deg. 13 min. 07 sec. East, along and with the North line of said 0.324-acre
tract, a distance of 79.94 feet to point for the Northeast corner of the herein described tract, same
being the Northwest corner of said 0.066-acre tract;
THENCE South 02 deg. 53 min. 42 sec. East, over and across said 0.324-acre tract, a distance
of 142.68 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.259-acre of land, more or less.
