FILE: PZ2025-183 STAFF REPORT Ahmed Salern of ARA Buyers, is requesting approval of a Specific Use Permit to allow a duplex at 3890 Larding Drive. The purpose of the request is to bring the existing duplex into compliance with our adopted ordinances. The existing residential use of the property appears to align with the comprehensive plan. Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions: 1.
