Anastasia N Cormier of Christ Fellowship Church of Beaumont is requesting the abandonment
ofthe3O'un-narnedaUeytothevvestoftheprope[ty|ocatedat293OAvenueF^betvveen
Washington Boulevard and Terrell Street. The church is hoping to obtain the property from the
City of Beaumont to expand their building and enhance services to the community.
This item was sent to all interested parties.
Planning staff recommends approval of this request with the following condition.
l. If approved, the applicant shall obtain an appraisal and title search report for the
property to be abandoned at their expense. Appraisal and title search report must be
submitted to the planning offices along with proof that payment has been arranged
prior tothe item being placed onthe City Council agenda.
