Approval of the minutes of the Meeting held on May 19, 2025.

1) PZ2025-156: A Request for approval of a Replat of a part of Lot 2, Block 3, Lovell Farms
Subdivision, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas into Lots 2A, 2B and 2C, Block 3, Lovell
Farms Subdivision, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas containing 2.41 acres more or less.

2) PZ2025-157: Request to abandon the 30' alleyway between Cartwright Division G and the
Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way.
