DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: Structure experienced a severe fire burn
years ago. The property owners have attempted several times to bring the
property up to code, but no progress has been made for over a year, and all
permits are currently expired and inactive. 40 different violations are noted
on the case, including numerous electrical hazards, fire safety issues,
broken doors and windows, failed mechanical systems, plumbing problems,
and other unsafe conditions. Based on the extensive work that would be
needed to bring this building back to minimum requirements, and a
lack of proper attempt by the owners to rectify the situation, staff i's
recommending a raze order for this structure..
