STAFF REPORT
Russell Bourgeois, on behalf of Lisa Boler, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow
an accessory building in the rear yard of the property located at 2408 Broadway Street. The
accessory building will be visible from the street right-of-way.
The structure will be made of wood with vertical panels and the roof will be made of tin to closely
resemble the provided picture. The body of the structure will be "pearl grey" and the trim will be

Planning staff recommends approval of this request with the following conditions:
1. All applicable permits are obtained through the Building Codes Department.
