FILE: PZ2025-108 STAFF REPORT Joey Livesay, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to maintain the new exterior color of the home and rear building located at 2445 South Street. The home and rear building were painted teal green without the benefit of an approved Certificate of Appropriateness. Section 28.03.018(H)(1) states "When painting nting the exterior of structures, property owners shall use dominant colors that comply with the officially adopted acceptable color range as maintained in the office of the planning director. Any dominant colors that are not within the officially adopted acceptable color range must be reviewed and approved by the Historic Landmark Commission based on their appropriateness and compatibility with the structure, blockface and the historic district.." The home is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey. Planning staff recommends approval of the request. Exhibits are attached.
