extend an existing chain -link fence surrounding the property located at 2305 South Street. The
chain -link fence will be in front of the home and visible from the street right-of-way.
Section .28.03.Ol8(g)(3)/Flof the City ofBeaumont Code ofOrdinances states, "wrought iron

barbed wired and razor wirefences are permitted only in the bock yards and must not be visible
The home is not in the SPARE Beaumont Survey.
Staff recommends denial of the request.
