FILE: PZ2025-115 STAFF REPORT Brandy Tarver requests a Specific Use Permit to open a retail beauty supply store to be located at 382-5 W. Lucas Drive, Suite D. The GC-MD-2 (General Commercial- Multiple Family Dwelling- 2 ) zoning district requires a Specific Use Permit for all new proposed land uses. The store will sell a variety of hair and beauty pro&CtS. Planning staff recommends approval of the request with the following condition: 1. Plans must meet all requirements by Water Utilities for any water and sanitary sewer 4. improvements, including any requirements of the City's backflow, pre-treatment, and/or FOG program. 2. Compliance with all applicable building and fire Codes.
