The request listed below has been submitted to the Planning office for review. REQU EST: Purpose: A request for approval of a Rezoning of an R-S (Residential Single-Family Dwelling) zoning district to a GC-MD (General Commercial Multiple-Family Dwelling) zoning district. Location: 6690 Rebecca Lane Applicant: Jaramillo Lucas NOTIFICATION: You received this notice because it is required by State Law that all property owners of real property lying within two hundred feet (200') of the property listed under REQUEST be notified of this hearing. This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are invited to attend arid be heard.
