The request listed below has been submitted to the Planning office for review. REQUEST: Purpose: A request for approval of a Specific Use Permit to allow a drinking place in a GC- MD (General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling) and GC-MD-2 (General Commercial- Multiple Family Dwelling-2) District. Location: 3100 N. Major Drive, Building C, Suite 5 Applicant: Dion Lowe and Alicia Ramsey NOTIFICATION: You received this notice because it is required by State Law that all property owners of real property lying within two hundred feet(200') of the property listed under REQUEST be notified of this hearing. This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are invited to attend and be heard. On occasion, meetings are canceled due to a lack of a quorum of the members. In the event this happens, staff makes every attempt to contact the applicants.
