Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions:
1. Construction plans must meet all requirements by Water Utilities for water and sanitary
sewer services, including any requirements ofthe Cit/s back -flow, pre-treatment
and/or FOG program.
2. Shall comply with all applicable Building and Fire codes.
Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted
plans and field inspections toverify compliance with applicable codes.

We are ejas Liquor, we are looking to open a new location here in Beaumont
Texas. The new location is at 3100 N. Major Drive Suite 2-100 Beaumont, Texas
77707, at the Westchase Shopping Center. Our hours of operation are Monday
thru Sat rday 10 AM to 9 PM and closed on Sunday. During the hours of
operatio we will be selling sodas, drink mixes, beer, win and other spirits. We
look forward to becoming acquainted with the citizens of Beaumont and the
surrounc ing areas. We look forward to growing our business here in Beaumont
Texas.
