In July 2024, the property was issued a stop work order when an inspection revealed repairs occurred without a permit. Additionally, it was revealed this property was converted into 4 dwelling units )nrecent years. If approved, this request would allow for the property owner toreduce the number ofunits from 4to2,which would bring this property into compliance with the [it«'szoning regulations.
