This subdivision proposes to create thirteen (13) lots abutting the existing rights -of -ways of Best Road, Voth Road and Timber Ridge Lane. Water distribution service and fire protection will be provided to the proposed lots and existing nearby residences by constructing a six-inch (6") line along Best Road and Voth Road alongside the City's existing thirty -inch (Bo") line as well as by replacing an existing three-inch (3") line along Timber Ridge Lane. Sanitary sewer collection will be extended to those portions not currently served within the development by extending and eight -inch (8" collection I in e east along Voth Road and north along Timber Ridge Lane.
