STAFF REPORT
Access Surveyors, is seeking approval of Rep|at of Lots 2 and S Delta Business Pork Addition,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas into Lots 3-A and 3-B` Delta Business Park Addition,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The intent of the Rep|at, is to remedy an illegal division of
land and legally subdivide the property into two lots for commercial or industrial development.
The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions:
1. Clearly identify the parties responsible for maintenance vvbh)n the dedicated easement
on the plat, subject to the City"s approval, prior to final recordation.
Z. The exclusive waterline easement should not be included within the shared access
easement.
