STAFF REPORT
Amanda Rablus ofVV|ndrose Services, is seeking approval of Rep1at of Lots l and 2i Executive
Business Park Section U|, a partial Rep|at of Tract U, Executive Business Park Section U, and
0.3126 acres of land situated in the A. Williams League Survey, Abstract No. 385^ Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas into Lots 1 and 2 of the Caliber Beaumont Addition, Beaumont
Jefferson County, Texas. The intent of the Replat is to adjust the property lines to allow for the
development approved bythe Planning Commission earlier this year.
The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions-
1. Remove the Commissioners Court and County Engineer signature blocks from the plat.
2 Correct the Name of the name of the Jefferson County Clerk from Carolyn L Guidry to
Roxanne/\costa-HeUberg.
3. Provide ib\e commitment to support general note number 10. to staff prior to
recordation.
