PUBLIC HEARING:
A Joint Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission and City Council of the City of Beaumont
on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 801 Main Street. The
request listed below has been submitted to the Planning office for review.
REQU EST:
Purpose: A request for a Specific Use Permit to allow a warehousing and storage facility within
the GC-MD (General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling) District.
Location: 2710 Gulf Street
Applicant: Michael LeDuc
NOTIFICATION:
You received this notice because it is required by State Law that all property owners of real property lying
within two hundred feet (200') of the property listed under REQUEST be notified of this hearing.
This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are
invited to attend and be heard. Any inquiries regarding further information on this request will be
answered by calling: (409) 880-3764. Please refer to FILE# PZ2024-226.
On occasion, meetings are canceled due to a lack of a quorum of the members. In the event this
happens, staff makes every attempt to contact the applicants. However, because we are not always
able to reach the applicants in time, you may want to call our office no later than noon on the day of
the meeting to confirm that the meeting is taking place.
