The request listed below has been submitted to the Planning office for review. REQU EST: Purpose: A request for a Rezoning from an RM-H (Residential Multiple Family-High Density) District to GC-MD-2 (General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling-2) District. Location: 6145-6175 Phelan Boulevard Applicant: Gerald Farha NOTIFICATION: You received this notice because it is required by State Law that all property owners of real property lying within two hundred feet (200') of the property listed under REQUEST be notified of this hearing. This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are invited to attend and be heard.
