The request listed below has been submitted to the Planning office for review. REQUEST: , Purpose: A request for a Rezoning from an RCR-H (Residential Conservation Revitalization- Historic) zoning district to an RCR (Residential Conservation Revitalization) zoning district and a Specific Use Permit to allow restaurants, professional offices, commercial retail, administrative offices, and music studio. Location: 660 N 7th Street Applicant: Tyler Wharton NOTIFICATION: You received this notice because it is required by State Law that all property owners of real property lying within two hundred feet (200') of the property listed under REQUEST be notified of this hearing. This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are invited to attend and be heard.
