The request listed below has been submitted to the Planning office for review. REQUEST: Purpose: A rezoning study of Isla Street and surrounding areas, boarded by Oakland Street, Magnolia Avenue, Maple Street and IH10 E Feeder Road from LI (Light Industrial) to a more compatible zoning district. Location: Isla Street and surrounding areas, boarded by Oakland Street, Magnolia Avenue, Maple Street and IH10 E Feeder Road. Applicant: City of Beaumont NOTIFICATION: You received this notice because you are listed as the property owner of a parcel located within the rezone study area. This will be the only public hearing held on this matter. The meeting is open to the public, and you are invited to attend and be heard. Any inquiries regarding further information on this request will be answered by calling: (409) 880-3764. Please refer to FILE# PZ2024-163. On occasion, meetings are canceled due to a lack of a quorum of the members. In the event this happens, staff makes every attempt to contact the applicants. However, because we are not always able to reach the applicants in time, you may want to call our office no later than noon on the day of the meeting to confirm that the meeting is taking place.
