The property |szonedR- (Residential Single -Family Dwelling District) that requires a minimum front yard setback of25' and e minimum side yard setback ofS' for single story structures. The applicant is seeking to reduce the front yard setback requirement from 25" to 15" and the side yard setback requirement from 5-' to 2" to construct an open-air carport.
