BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY Or BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and lie is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of a
street sweeper tracking software from a company in Canada through BuyBoard in the amount of
$73,349,44 to be used by the Streets and Drainage Division.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Governnnent Code, Chapter 5 51.
